1. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, DHL or other Shipping Servces. to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Canada – All provinces and territories.
- United States – All states.
- International Shipping – Available to select countries. Please contact us at info@navalyx.com if you are unsure whether we ship to your location.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 1-3 business days
- United States Shipping: 4-8 business days
- International Shipping: 4-21 business days
- Express shipping Available for additional cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders outside Canada, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Navalyx is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact SHIPMENT SERVICE PROVIDER for updates.
- NAVALYX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse. Please contact the carrier for assistance
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
