At Navalyx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NAVALYX, we believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want every customer to have the best possible experience. Our policy is exchange-only:

1. REFUNDS
  • We do not offer refunds. Only Exchanges or Store Credit
2. Exchange Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
4. Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll provide you with a store credit for future use.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds.
5. How to Initiate an Exchange:
  1. Contact us at info@navalyx.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. We’ll reply promptly and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll ship your new item or issue store credit accordingly.
