At Navalyx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At NAVALYX, we believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want every customer to have the best possible experience. Our policy is exchange-only:
1. REFUNDS
- We do not offer refunds. Only Exchanges or Store Credit
2. Exchange Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
4. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll provide you with a store credit for future use.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds.
5. How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact us at info@navalyx.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- We’ll reply promptly and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we'll ship your new item or issue store credit accordingly.
